Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2018

As we look forward to 2018, now is a right moment to honor all relationships and good things that helped us grow in 2017. 

We know you might be busy with decorations at home or office, countless to-do’s, and party preparations. Here at BDE, Inc., we are working on a variety of projects, which need to be delivered before we close for holidays. 

Our machine shop is equipped with all latest CNC machines, which enable us to provide a variety of CNC machining and manufacturing services, including CAD & CAM programming services, CNC machining and turning services, electrical discharge machining services, contract manufacturing and assembly, and precision CNC machining services. 

In 2017, we had an opportunity to employ our experiences and expertise to fulfill various client requirements. We have implemented organization-wide transformations, which has brought us tremendous success. These included the following:

• Re-organization of the shop to take advantage of work cells, with all advanced machinery. Most of the production tools in the shop were modified for improving efficiency and productivity. These modified tools helped us produce precision parts in each cycle running 24/7 lights out. 

• We adopted Autocad Inventer and Mastercam 2018 – popular CAD/CAM software that produces a high-performance toolpath for machining applications at high speeds. This adoption has helped us reduce the programming time by 33% and cycle times by up to 50%. 

Gaining confidence from these investments, and client responses, we are gearing up for challenging projects in the New Year. We are appreciative of the customers, who believed in us and gave us an opportunity to serve them.
